We want refunds to be simple and transparent. This policy explains when you can get your money back and how long it takes.
1. Flight refunds
Each airline fare has its own refund rules, which are shown before you pay. In general:
- Refundable fares: you receive the fare back minus the airline's cancellation fee.
- Non-refundable fares: only unused airport taxes may be returned, where the airline allows.
- Airline-cancelled or significantly rescheduled flights: you are entitled to a full refund or a free change.
2. Hotel refunds
Hotel refunds depend on the rate you selected:
- Free cancellation: full refund if cancelled before the deadline shown on your voucher.
- Partially refundable: a penalty (often the first night) is deducted.
- Non-refundable: no refund, except where the hotel cannot honor the booking.
3. Service fees
LAPAKTiket.com service fees are non-refundable, except when a booking fails to be issued or when the supplier cancels your booking. In those cases you receive a full refund including service fees.
4. How to request a refund
To request a refund:
- Go to My Bookings and find the booking you want to cancel.
- Contact our support team with your booking reference.
- We confirm the refund amount with the airline or hotel and let you know before processing.
5. Refund processing
Refunds are returned to your original payment method. Once approved by the supplier, refunds usually arrive in 7 to 14 business days. Some airlines may take up to 90 days to release funds.
6. No-shows
If you do not show up for your flight or hotel without cancelling first, the booking is usually non-refundable.
