By accessing or using LAPAKTiket.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

LAPAKTiket.com is an online travel marketplace. We help you search, compare, and book flights and hotels provided by airlines, hotels, and other travel suppliers.

Your travel contract is with the supplier. Their own conditions of carriage, fare rules, and hotel policies also apply to your booking.

You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under it. You must be at least 17 years old, or have consent from a parent or guardian, to make a booking.

When you book, you confirm that:

• All traveler names match the passport or national ID (KTP) exactly.
• Contact details are correct so we can send tickets and updates.
• Travelers hold valid travel documents, visas, and meet health requirements for their destination.

Prices are shown in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) unless stated otherwise and include applicable taxes and fees shown at checkout. Prices may change until payment is completed.

Payments are processed by our secure payment partners. A booking is confirmed only once payment succeeds and you receive a confirmation.

Changes and cancellations depend on the fare or rate you booked. Please see our Refund Policy for full details.

You agree not to:

• Make speculative, false, or fraudulent bookings.
• Scrape, copy, or resell our content or prices without permission.
• Interfere with the security or operation of the platform.

We are not liable for delays, cancellations, overbooking, or service issues caused by airlines, hotels, or events beyond our control. Our total liability for any booking is limited to the amount you paid us for that booking.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes will be settled in the courts of South Jakarta, unless consumer protection law provides otherwise.
